We caught up with her for a brief interview around big data and digital campaigns and here’s what she had to say.
1. Share an ‘aha’ digital moment with us.
In digital marketing, there are moments that make you go ‘aha’ almost every day!
There is no single day that is boring when you lead digital marketing for a complex multi country region like APAC. The evolution of digital & social marketing from fledgling platforms to become core aspect of a company’s’ marketing strategy has been the most significant digital moment for me.
2. A digital hack that you have used and seen results in marketing technology Many!
Marketing technology in essence makes our marketing efforts more personal. It is a platform that enables creation of consistent customer messaging. In the past increasing digital reach with 3rd party partner data to build ‘top of the funnel’ was a tactic that helped multiply marketing impact.
I have also found that using internal/external customer insights, historical marketing performance data & listening tools to tweak messages have helped increase marketing qualified leads.
3. What is the future of data driven marketing?
The future is data driven marketing! Need I say more?
4. How do digital marketers relax?
The bane of today’s world is that you are always connected. If you are not thinking about marketing strategies, you are being marketed to on social or mobile. I relax by exploring the new platforms like Snapchat, Instagram, Vine, or reading some interesting articles on digital transformation, marketing effectiveness, social media marketing!
5. A reason why one should not miss your session at Click Asia Summit?
