1) This Booking rate for the room is applicable only for the Click Asia Summit attendees.

2)Click Media Private Limited has negotiated rates with the hotel for the event and number of rooms available are limited. Allocation of rooms will be done on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered after payments have been made.

3) All incidentals at the hotel will have to be covered by the guest's personal credit card guarantee.

4)In case of any dispute, the hotel's decision on the booking will be final.

5) The booking once done is non-refundable. A name transfer fee of Rs. 1500 will be charged to cover administrative costs for transfer of name.

6) Our check-in time is 1400 hours & the check out time is 12 noon. For all early arrivals and/ or late departures, accommodation can be provided, subject to availability, based on the following terms & conditions: 1) Early arrival before 12 noon or a late departure beyond 2 pm will be charged additionally @ 50% of the above mentioned rates. 2) Early arrival before 10 am or late departure after 5 pm will be charged additionally @ 100% of the above mentioned rates.

7)The above rates inclusive of the below Buffet breakfast at a venue pre-designated by the hotel.
