Menu for Monday – 16th January
Morning Tea Break (8.00 am to 9.00 am)
Idli with sambar and chutney Tea / coffee/ masala chai / biscuits & cookies.
Soup -
Minestrone soup
Salads -
Dahi papdi chaat Organic potato and black gram chat with drizzle of lemon and coriander sprig Caprese salad, tomato, herb-infused mozzarella, basil, aged balsamic Green salad- assorted fresh vegetables like carrot, radish, tomato and cucumber.
Lunch Time (12.15 pm to 1.00 pm)
Non vegetarian main course -
Mutton rogan josh, Barbeque chicken.
Vegetarian main course -
Paneer do pyaza, Vegetable au gratin, Aloo amritsari wadi, Gajar mutter
Accompaniments -
Steamed rice, Dal makhani, Assorted indian breads (naan, roti, lachha paratha, garlic naan and plain kulcha), Aloo pudina raita, Pickles, papad, chutney.
Desserts -
Kala jamun (a dry version of gulab jamun with coconut powder sprinkled at the top), Fresh cut fruits, Warm chocolate pudding, Vanilla ice cream.

Morning Tea Break (8.00 am to 9.00 am)
Vegetable & smoked cheese turnover, Assorted vegetable sandwiches, Tea / coffee/ masala chai / biscuits & cookies.
Soup -
Lemon coriander broth.
Salads -
Dill & beet salad Granny smith, toasted walnuts, celery hearts and mayonnaise dressing Dahi papdi chaat Green salad- assorted fresh vegetables like carrot, radish, tomato and cucumber.
Lunch Time (12.15 pm to 1.00 pm)
Non vegetarian main course -
Kadai chicken, Fillet of fish in soya ginger sauce.
Vegetarian main course -
Mutter paneer, Kung pao potatoes, Chinese vegetables in hot garlic sauce, Lasooni makai palak.
Accompaniments -
Dal makhani, Vegetable hakka noodles, Steamed rice, Assorted indian breads (naan, roti, lachha paratha, garlic naan and plain kulcha), Hari mirch aur pyaz ka raita, Pickles, papad, chutney.
